Although our house have pull up bar and weights... Doing it at home only gave me a slight satisfaction. I wonder how long can I continue going to the gym. The sense of satisfaction is indescribable. Tomorrow I'll be going to check out SAF at marina sq. Saturday will be dedicating to basketball. Sunday will be family day. Monday will be rolling to the gym follow by watching NZtop4. Tuesday will be breakfast at The heeren then friend's birthday celebration.

So happy to have that. Because to be frank, I'm a little down coz mum said she'll change my phone if I tag along. But NO! It's okay now since my mouth was stuffed with good food just now. Uh oh. Making a trip back to WGS tomorrow to take that damn $8 book.
Saturday, February 23, 2008 Shane from URL @ 11:19 PM Was gyming with Tudi from 1pm to 3pm. I'm focusing more on thighs & triceps. As for her, I commanded her to start with small amount (3kg) & just next to her was a big guy. So we LOL. Thereafter, we were lol-ing all the way non-stop for the rest of the day. Well I couldn't do much as my muscles teared ever since I got up from bed. It hurts the most when I'm doing chin-up and dipping. But it's cool. Josephine called & told us she can't meet us as her mum will be driving her to Queensway to get her a new pair of shoe. Tudi & I went to get a rinse & bus to interchange. Went metro. The sale's aunty says I look like fann wong leh. Can you believe it? Then she asked if anyone said that to me before. I said Yes. But very long ago. When I went for audition:) Then train to Dhoby ghaut (PS) A caucasian went up to me & chatted with me. His friend look like the 'step-up' male lead man:/ Saw a teenage girl with her hair in blue color. So tudi ask for a snap of her. The way she reject made us 'roll-on-floor-laughing' Had Pastamania's combo D. (Sad case) Then bus to Kallang. That tudi felt so insecure with me can! Coz we are 2 blur blocks. Reached & a little carnival just ended. Nike club & NV had a friendly. I guess Josephine enjoyed herself? Vanessa almost died:D While they're still playing. Van, tudi and I did some shoot outs. Left to PS for LJS. Had 4 pieces of meat in a row.(smack-head) Left, Tudi and I can't stop laughing know. Van & Jo were like... dots? Train back home!
Shane from URL @ 2:31 AM Just finished Viwawa with friends. So yesterday mummy bought lunch for brother and I. Then I left house for basketball with friends. Had a few matches and then it started pouring. Shifted to a little empty space with shelter. Talked/laughed. To cwp for kfc and shortly back to 515. For another 2 matches then lights blinked off. Went over to fitness corner to LOL. Had a great time sharing jokes together. Today is already Saturday morning. Hopefully mummy won't be home alone as I'll be going to gym. And then follow Josephine to her Nike club training at kallang. Another tiring day I supposed. Thursday, February 21, 2008 Shane from URL @ 10:08 PM I am so indecision indeed. I think I need to make a trip down to Marina sq on 1st march to check out more on RSAF. Pilots are cool. They've got high salary. And I feel like flying the fighting falcon. My eyesight & height are both eligible. But wait. I should think about it. Bird, Josephine and I went to Bishan ITE today. Wanshi they all were umpiring away. Bird and I.. idle around I guess. That's the best word I can think of. We talked about a lot of stuffs. Okay so my scruff got burned. Oh there'll be class chalet during March... That's it. Then went out to meet dear. Sat with an unknown. She chatted with me. Couldn't much recognise her though. Due to her formal outfit. She told me she is Jinger's friend. OH! She took my number & we went separate ways. Oh here to congrats you getting into NYP:) I was with dear for the entire half of the day. She left when granny, mum, aunt and cousin joined me. Had lunch together. I love granny. She is pretty. Anyway I had basketball with Guoyong just now. It was fun. Monday, February 18, 2008 Shane from URL @ 10:27 PM    Did not expect Emilene to join us today:DSo, its cool. Emilene & I stood outside breadtalk to wait for Stella... We were grumbling about Stella. She told us that she's there already yet we see no one. Then we start to chit chat. Emilene actually took a step back and talk to me! At first I still thought that I smell or what. But to only realise it when she told me is the height difference. So she rang Stella up. Well... She's already outside Swensen waiting for us. So we went up to look for her & Siewkwan came. Had $18.70 ice cream. Well I like the way it was being served. With candle light heating up the chocolate... Bananas, waffles, cherries at the side. & we shared some french fries too. (okay wait a minute. I need the loo.) ......................................... (I'm back:) Oh yeah, so we went to Kiddy palace to get their pay slip. Running late for the movie P.s I love you. So we ran up. Oh man. Can you believe that we are left we 3 front rows? Well, I can believe that:x Okay crap. The movie was somewhat ALRIGHT. Too much talking. But their kisses were AWESOME. I FEEL like crying when each time the letter ends it p.s I love you. No I just feel that its sweet. Then we went charles & Keith, Giodano & lastly Metro. Had pastamania for dinner. Talked about thiefs breaking into Stella's house & ghostly incidents. Wait let me correct myself. Is (thief) not (thiefs). Or Stella will cry to death I think... Sunday, February 17, 2008 Shane from URL @ 4:34 PM Today is Sunday:) A day whereby my family members will laze around. I am glad to see them all here. It's not that I did not see them for weeks. But when you look at another side of life, you will feel blessed eventually. I wouldn't ask for more. Yesterday was a very long day. However what makes me felt at eased is the kicking alive of all my friends. I'm glad they are all looking good and healthy:) As days went by, I get a clearer image of myself. And I should start focusing on things. 1) Sufficient time for family/relatives. 2) Achieve lean muscles.(able to achieve at least one bar of lower abs) Height-175cm. 3) Modelling. Friday, February 15, 2008 Shane from URL @ 9:50 PM Great. So great. Went to catch Kungfu Dunk with cousin Alicia today. As well as to give her her birthday present. It was not as bad as my friend's described it to be. I find it rather ok. (Watch-able) But my cousin laughed real loud. I was like O.o! And Jie rou too. She's just behind me. HAHA! After that she suggested Pizza Hut. I don't intend to eat. But I promised myself that after eating this I won't take dinner. Yeah. Ordered pan pizza. Then I separate with her to meet up with Bird and Tudi. Stroll for Tudi's attire. Then bird went banking so Tudi and I left first. Went home changed and took a short rest. Full gear and about to leave house brother says he wanna follow me to play basketball with GuoYong. Yeah had a good sweat out. Brother taught me some moves. Picked it up real fast:) I want to be a good baller. And it certainly feels good when outsiders recognised me.

To be a little bias, maternal side. All of them. Everybody have their own way of handling things or expressing their emotions. It may be in a crude or sweet way. As for me, I have been doing it in a wrong way. I littered. (however, I always picked up what Stella threw. I'm contradicting.) I wrote it in any piece of shit-paper With additional salty tear drops (I do this only when I do not wish to include it in my entry here. It makes me tear.) And fly it out of my window plane. I guess it will probably land somewhere around my apartment? But I'm optimist enough to believe God read it. Well silly Shane. I do. Here I go, Going to do that once again. A little too late to cycle to Josephine's house. So I took a bus instead. Walk over to Woodlands swimming complex. Stayed there not more than an hour & we were tanned already. Got up. Walked over to RP to meet up with Helen & SiewKwan. Juniors won AI. Anderson VS st.nic's match was awesome. They fought. Draw. Over to cwp for lunch. Something healthy: Yoshinoya. Beef/vegetable. Ate beef instead of chicken as beef gives you muscles. So after telling this to Tudi, She ordered the same:) Made our way to Bird's house & waited for her to join us for badminton. Bought a net:) Fixed it:) Play it:) But a little too windy. It's okay. Went for dessert. Then fragrant for basketball. Without proper attire. Oh ya! I forgot to comment on that strawberry flavour powder for lean muscle brother bought. It tastes yucky & he still told me 'not bad huh.' Gosh I almost vomit it out while swimming half way. It's Valentine's day tomorrow & desolate people actually messaged me just now to ask for accompany. Hello. Normally they will MIA. Now, too sudden?! What's the matter with these people. Damn. The pull up bar is just right infront of me yet laziness kills me. I'm so gonna give myself a discount now. 5 pulls back hand/forehand each. Then off to bed. Just now, I went to bed early at 10pm. Tuesday, February 12, 2008 Shane from URL @ 11:59 PM EDITED Yeah I'm on my way for a healthy lifestyle. I wanna train. Intake only healthy snacks. More vegetables. More mineral water. I started it off with a little step:) Wrote my name on a plastic bottle & there it goes filling to the top placed right into the fridge. Within a day I must finish it up. I know a bottle a day is counted as little or even unhealthy. But that's something good as compared to how I usually only drink it when I had cod liver oil in the morning. That means, yes a sip a day. Oh yeah. So tomorrow once rise & shine I shall hit off to Woodlands swimming complex. Not for a tan. Yes precisely. Kicks in the water. Gonna swim laps I swear. Then off for badminton. Thursday is Valentine's day. No big feast. No turkey. Salad will do. Friday will catch kungfu dunk with Cousin. Will have Yoshinoya:D But she haven even approve to have that for lunch. Nevermind. I call the shots. Saturday since I'm going to visit uncle's house. No choice I'll have some ba gua. Then to Wanshi's house for steamboat. Shall pampered myself a little and have some MEAT. So that I have something to train. People, esp MUSHROOMS. Remember to exercise! Thank you.

Wonder how should I pass it to her. Then it's V-day on Thursday. Friday-empty. Saturday- Visit uncle's house. Bird come my house. Together we'll go Wanshi's house steamboat/gamble. Can't wait for good times roll.

I'll work out. Oh yes. Love Chinese New year:D Though its a bit lame... Coz it's a play back. Nothing new. But, it's great looking at faces that I missed a year. I can't believe that I am right when I told brother to give all the red packets to dad. Because he'll be sure to get bonus from it. So each of us gave dad $200. Which is our total red packet's money. He wrote a cheque to both of us. Each, $500. Nevermind, I know if I give him back he wouldn't want. So I'll deposit it for further use. Bingo! I played MIA for the past few days. Anyway the reunion dinner on Wednesday was splendid. It cost mum a few hundreds because she ordered it. Basic dishes like buddha jump over the wall, abalone, mushrooms... fish & many more. Right... back to yesterday(Thursday) Brother was very irritating. He lie on top of me, he punched my shoulder & stuff. I love it when relatives say that I'm very tall. One says that I'm musculine. She asked if I train or? Oh please, anything is okay. But NOT FAT. I'm very afraid to get that comment next year. Phobia due to what I've been consuming. But I can't stop. I'm hungry for almost... The winner will be sent overseas for international Manhunt & also the spokeperson for LABseries. Mum & I decided to make a trip down to give brother support. In the final, there's 15 of them. After much of a cat walking, answering questions, dancing... 8 of them will be selected. So my brother went into the top 8. & then after the same routine, 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and lastly the winner will be choosen. My brother did not get it. However he went into the top 8 which I am already proud of. He got 2 item for 'funky hair' and 'Mr photogenic'. Anyway some mediacorp artistes were there too. And they look great. Especially the female lead for 'I'm not stupid.' One thing to complain, the VIP seats ain't comfortable at all. The view sucks:/ Well I can even see the red dot on some of the hunks' body. Due to the injection. I think I might consider fixing a bar of abs too. But of coz I wouldn't let anybody know if I ever went to do it. Yeah so, making the end of it. Once again, good job brother. Have fun celebrating your birthday with other hunks:D After talking to bro, Mummy and I went to look for dad and he fetch us for dinner:) Okay time to end of. But I'm a total lazy-bum when Tudi msg me about it. I slept in the afternoon. Due to the frigid weather, China's wiring on the road side had already frozen for godsake! Army gotta use machine gun to break up the ice on the streets. 1.5m flood in Indonesian. That's why it has been raining down here. I'm home alone until the very late afternoon. Mum went over to granny's. Tomorrow is brother's Manhunt final. So mummy and I will make a trip down to give him support. Nah, lazy dad sure stay home to decorate the house:/ Uncle Daniel gave me $100 for passing results:) Granny gave $20 because she misses me. So, good job. & its the first time I had a pinic at Sentosa. Ya, usually I'm just there for the sake of being there. Opps. Ya. My day started off with blur Xiaorui. She took bus 900 without me. She thought I'm in there already. How funny right. So I travel to cwp myself. I'm afraid if I mentioned out the names, I'll left out one or two. So let me do a head count... Should be approximately about 13 of us. A sense of guilt arosed when I saw bags of tibits, sandwiches, drinks, mat & tent brought by my friends. Serious. Yes, we were very noisy in the train. Jeremy almost squash Stella up. Because the train stopped & he lost his balance. We all can imagine so vividly 'if' he fell towards her, they'll roll all the way to the last cabin. Very soon, we already settled down with belongings in the tent. Mat neatly spread. Friends start to tanned. Some swam, some busy eating & some busy snapping pictures. My beach volleyball team consists of Yuze, Halifah & I won to Kaijie, Qinbin & Jeremy. Of coz it drizzles a little. But still we had a lot of fun gathering together. & there's a plenty of funny issues, but I can't possibly type out everything here & what more some are hard to put into words. After cleaning up ourselves & also the place, we took the tram one round then out of Sentosa. Before that, Arfah, who is working at Sentosa did made the effort to drop by too:) Went Vivo City's carl'sjr for dinner. It's not nice at all. I think because previously I kept having buffets. Ya that's that. Stuffed everything down. With stupid cheese which cost extra $2. I think it tastes the same with or without the cheese. We took pictures every where we go. After dinner, we decided to go back to cwp. On the way many felt asleep. & is the patch of substance on my singlet by the cause of Stella's saliva? Shopped around and ended up at the back of the interchange for poker. Laughed a lot. Simply lovin' it. But after all the heart attacks & blackjacks, we separated. Tudi joined in with Xiaorui, Stella and I. We went to night bazaar & to interchange's balcony for snaps!. I almost laugh my ass off. & I have to agree, laughter is the best medicine for me. 5N2, I look forward to another outing. Goodnight and have a good rest.
